Arena South Gateway Center
Arena south gateway center is part of a larger master plan proposal in downtown grand rapids, mi. The gateway center portion of the project includes a new visitor center with an outdoor plaza open to the waterfront. The center is connected via a glass walkway to a mixed-used building with apartments, retail, and underground parking.
