Private Residence - Los Feliz

An existing single-family home situated on a hillside in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles. The scope of the project was to study the layout and form to examine how we create more yard space whilst also improving the interior layout. One of the options the client wanted to explore is to relocate the garage to the existing crawl space. This was somewhat challenging due to limited headroom and would require significant excavation work.
