This is a new single-family dwelling with an attached junior ADU situated on a very small lot in the cove area of cathedral city. The small compact layout utilizes the maximum lot coverage allowed per zoning code. The client wanted to mimic some of the mid-century elements typically seen on homes in Palm Springs area. The design provides an open plan layout, tall ceiling, clean look and offers private areas to socialize in and enjoy the mountain views.
